To honor the upcoming Tour of Flanders and for those who can't make the Portland ride, Mike has put together the following group ride for this upcoming weekend:

with the option of adding Greenhill at the start of the route, depending upon what the group wants to do, which adds about another 550' of climbing. As it sits it's right around 5000' of elevation gain in 46 miles.
Let's meet at Full City on 13th and High, so everyone can get jacked up on caffeine, with a rollout of 9:00.
Who's in?

The weekly Ghetto ride is back on thanks to daylight savings time. If you are down for a fast paced road ride which regroups after sprints and major climbs show up at the intersection of Polk and the Bike Path @ 5:45 Wednesday nights. I'd expect a 3 hr. ride so for this first month bring a light if you have it.
Hope to see some new faces out there.

Hey,
Good job to everyone who made it out for some of the best riding weather we've had all year this past weekend for the Cherry Pie.
Looks like Keith even made the paper down in Corvallis. Check out the link below:

See you boys out at the races.

Just a heads up/reminder, this weekend is the first race of the season and with it the best turn out of the year. Peak fitness is rarely a requirement for this race so I hope to see most of you out there.

I also wanted to pseudo publicly announce that this year I will be racing with the Paul's team. I am very grateful for the moral support and discounts Bill and the shop have provided me over the past couple of years and I still se myself recommending the shop as the go-to shop for most people in town. When it came down to choosing a team though, the Team is what we were missing at Wheelworks. Aside from Ethan and McKenzie I was the only one representing the WW at just about every race last season. I have found a really solid group of guys who ride hard and should provide the support for me to continue to improve on the bike and to get more out of this sport we all love. Hopefully I'll see some of you out at the races this season and I will continue to support you guys as teammates.
Thanks guys. Keep riding.
